I call them the lawnrechauns or the lawn fairies; its like magic

I offer this company a 3 1/2 star rating. I had *** Landscaping out to redesign my front entry to my house. ***************** up a really nice design with a new retaining wall a stone walkway to the lower part and all new landscape planting. Along with a premium price tag. Now, I dont mind paying for quality in fact thats why we chose *** they seemed to have the more professional estimate and design. So, the stone he sold me, for the retaining wall, and what he brought to the job was no where close to the same material. What he brought was probably a more quality stone but like I said it wasnt what he sold me. Then they had trouble getting a nice smooth and uniform radius with this stone and I got the impression that the gentleman building the wall had no experience in, at least, that type of stone. So they took it down and built it up at least 3 times until I was satisfied, which I was at that point. So that took longer than they expected which put them behind. After five days they brought two crews in to try and finish the job and they brought in a fella that looked like he had experience with the stone material. So that sixth day they were ******* to finish. When you are in a hurry, you wind up with a much less quality job, I dont care who you are. I also want to point out the **** and I had a couple of verbal agreements over some existing plants he said he would move for me but wouldnt guarantee they would survive. I agreed to that, I understand. Also he agreed to till up the soil in the planting bed to loosen and slope away from the house so the water would run away from the house. Of course he didnt remember that we even talked about those things. He did reluctantly plant the three plants for me which I have posted pics of how they were planted, had I not looked at them early I would have lost all of them but I was able to save 2 out of 3. He never did till the soul and slope it away from the house. So I did get a decent job but I did not get the quality job he sold me. I guess this is a bad time to expect someone too much. LTD’s creativity, flexibility and work ethic is top notch. We had originally asked LTD out for a quote on backyard landscaping including hardscaping patio, wall and a firepit. Dave spent a lot of time on site prior to giving us a quote. His attention to detail really paid off for us. After seeing Dave’s design for the backyard, we couldn’t resist having the front yard landscaped also! A special shoutout to Sam and his team. They were friendly, went out of their way to work around our schedule and worked hard to be as unobtrusive as possible. The work was done in November so we had to wait until April to see things come to life. The quality of the plants and materials did not disappoint. There were a couple of things that needed replacing and true to their word, they were back in the spring to replace them without question, even doing some extra pruning and reseeding when we didn’t even ask for it. I think that sums it up pretty well. They did exactly what they said they would do, and more, every step of the way. We never give reviews, but this experience was spectacular. LTD exceeded all our expectations. We will definitely use them time and time again. Thanks again to everyone at LTD! Darcy and Cynthia
